Tallink Pre-Order is a convenient and secure online store for Tallink’s ship passengers. The service can be used by passengers on the Tallinn-Helsinki and Tallinn-Stockholm route. There is no deposit packaging fee for the products purchased from the online store. Customers who have joined the Club One loyalty program earn bonus points for their purchases.

Passengers with a vehicle can place an order online at the Pre-Order online store 30 days to 14 hours before the departure. Car passengers get a discount of €15 on all purchases over €300. The goods are delivered to the passengers with a vehicle at the Pre-Order point of delivery located in the port  area after the check-in for cars. For 7.30 am departure from Tallinn, the goods are delivered onboard. Pursuant to the Alcohol Act of the Republic of Estonia, orders are delivered at the service point  from 10 am to 10 pm.

Car Shopping Cruise passengers’ goods are transported to the ship’s car deck for convenient loading. The goods are handed over on the return trip after the departure from Tallinn. Car Shopping Cruise customers can enjoy a €30 discount on all purchases over €500 when ordering online. Detailed delivery instructions for different ships are included in the order confirmation e-mail, which you will receive after you have paid for the order on the website.

Foot passengers can order up to 70 litres of beverages. A service fee of €5 per order will be charged. The service fee includes packing and delivering the goods to the delivery point on the ship. Foot passengers can enjoy a €10 discount on all purchases over €200. Ordered goods are delivered to passengers without a vehicle at the ship’s supermarket or Pre-Order delivery point. Detailed delivery instructions for different ships are included in the order confirmation e-mail, which you will receive after you have paid for the order on the website.

In addition to online orders, passengers with a vehicle can place orders for a limited range of products on the ship of Helsinki-Tallinn line.

Passengers with a vehicle (both regular line passengers and Car Shopping Cruise passengers) and passengers without a vehicle can place orders online 30 days before, but not less than 14 hours before the departure from the port of Tallinn. To place an order, a valid ticket reservation for the Tallinn-Helsinki or Tallinn-Stockholm route or for the Helsinki-Tallinn-Helsinki Car Shopping Cruise is required.

On the Helsinki-Tallinn route, passengers with a vehicle can place orders for a limited assortment of products both at the ship’s information desk and at the Pre-Order ordering point. To place an order onboard or the ordering point a booking for a return trip from Tallinn to Helsinki is required. Ordering ends 45 minutes before the ship’s arrival in the port of Tallinn.

To place an order, a booking number for Tallink’s Tallinn-Helsinki, Tallinn-Stockholm or Helsinki-Tallinn-Helsinki trip is required. In addition, you have to provide your name (same as on the booking), telephone number and e-mail address. To collect Club One bonus points, you must log in to the online store with your Club One account before paying for your order.

Tallink Pre-Order orders are paid immediately after placing an order and confirming it. You can pay online either through Estonian and Finnish bank links or by credit card (VISA, Mastercard). Tallink pays special attention to the security of payments in case of both bank links and credit card payments. For payment links, we use a 128-bit SSL encrypted channel.

The goods are delivered to the passengers with a vehicle onboard or at the Pre-Order point of delivery located in the port area after the check-in for cars. Information on the exact location of delivery of the goods (either onboard or at the Pre-Order delivery point) is provided in the order confirmation which is emailed to the customer after they have paid for the order online. Passengers with a vehicle must go to the Tallink Pre-Order delivery point at least 1 hour before the departure, except for 10:30 am departure, in which case the customers receive their goods from 10:00 am pursuant to the Alcohol Act of the Republic of Estonia.
To receive the goods, passengers with a vehicle must present their ID.

Attention! On the 7.30 departure, we will hand over your goods on the ship, therefore it is not possible to use the Priority Car service upon departure.

Car Shopping Cruise passengers’ goods are transported to the ship’s car deck for convenient loading on the return trip from Tallinn. Foot passengers will receive the ordered goods at the supermarket or Pre-Order sales point onboard the Tallinn-Helsinki or Tallinn-Stockholm route 30 minutes before the arrival in the port of Helsinki. The passengers must present their ID. Detailed delivery instructions for different ships are included in the order confirmation e-mail, which you will receive after you have paid for the order on the website.

If the time or date of your trip from Tallinn to Helsinki or Stockholm changes, you must personally send a notification e-mail to shopping@tallink.com or call +358 600 15700. If your Tallinn-Helsinki or Tallinn-Stockholm trip is brought to an earlier time (than originally stated in the order), you must notify thereof at least 2 working days before the new departure time.

If the Tallinn-Helsinki or Tallinn-Stockholm trip is postponed to a later time (than originally stated in the order), you must notify thereof at least 2 working days before the original departure time.

If the trip indicated in the order is cancelled, the Pre-Order order must be cancelled as well. You should notify of the cancellation of an order at least 2 working days before the departure of originally scheduled Tallinn Helsinki or Tallinn-Stockholm trip by phone +358 600 15700 or by sending an e-mail to shopping@tallink.com. If the above conditions are met, the entire amount paid by the customer for the order will be refunded.

Yes. If you have logged in with your Club One account when placing an order online.

Attention! When placing an order, you need to register a Club One account or log in with an existing account before paying for the order.

If you have forgotten to add your Club One account number to the order, you can send a notification e-mail to shopping@tallink.com or call +358 600 15700) up to 2 working days before the order completion deadline so that we can add the card details to the order. Please provide your Club One account number and order information (order number, your name) to the Pre-Order customer service. If less than 2 working days have remained until the order completion time, it is no longer possible to add your Club One number to the order details.

Club One number is:

  • the 16-digit number on the back of the card;

The Club One account number can be added to the order in up to 2 working days before the order completion deadline. Please provide your Club One account number and order information (order number, your name) to the Pre-Order customer service, so they could find the right order.
