The manor’s history dates back to 1622. Today, under the leadership of the Polegato family, award-winning wines are made there, which take into account both historical traditions and modern viticulture techniques. Villa Sandi Il Fresco Prosecco DOC Treviso Brut is pale straw yellow in colour, has fruity aroma with notes of ripe apple mixed with pleasantly floral acacia. The taste is fresh and soft, a tasty sparkling wine with a slightly sweet undertone. The aftertaste is balanced and fruity. It is an excellent aperitif accompanied by savoury snacks, ideal with steamed shellfish.
