Casa Santos Lima is a family-owned company and has been nominated for Best Portuguese Producer in many years. LAB wine brand was created in honour of Casa Santos Lima’s owner’s brother who is a Labrador Retriever breeder in Portugal. Ever since the wine was launched, sales have been very successful in several countries around the world and the collection has been increasing ever since.
This wine has deep ruby colour, with intense aromas of dark and red berry fruits, combined with spicy beautiful oak notes from the long ageing in French oak barriques. In the palate, it has a full body, where dark berry fruit notes dominate in a very smooth way, balanced by well integrated and silky oak notes, having a long finish also with some spice hints.
