The grapes for Karu Cabernet Sauvignon are grown in the Central Valley of Chile. The winegrowing zone ranges from the Maipo to the Maule Valleys. Tasting notes: Dark garnet in colour with complex aromas of blackcurrant, strawberry and a hint of raspberry on the nose. The same fruit characters follow through to the palate balanced with juicy tannins. Food pairing: beef, lamb, spicy and Asian-inspired food.
