Corvezzo Spumante Blanc de Blancs is a unique cuvée produced especially for Tallink Silja. The grapes are organically grown on the lush hills of Veneto. It is a particularly dry wine that goes well with many dishes, such as appetisers, strawberries, seafood, and salads. The strong flavour of the beverage can be softened with Kalev’s white chocolate, to which blueberry adds an interesting nuance and small pieces of rice crunch in the same rhythm as the sparkling bubbles of the wine. More mature ladies who prefer sweeter tipples can find the creamy Vana Tallinn cream liqueur in its traditional goodness in the Pre-Order festive selection. A more masculine company has also not gone unnoticed, as the summery light beer Karl Friedrich and A. Le Coq’s grapefruit-flavoured longero are ideally suited as a simple refresher on a warm day or for sipping as an accompaniment to a heavier dish.
