Adorned with a beautiful pale colour and a light purple hue, the ”Petula” vintage delivers a nose of red berries, a touch of strawberry and notes of passion fruit. The palate is juicy with an almost milky, round, and acidic impression. Notes of mango and white flesh fruits accompany the aromatic finish. Serve chilled at 10 °C. This wine goes well with a Provençal salad, stuffed zucchini flowers, salt-crusted sea bream and its tian of sunny vegetables or even sushi.
