Asio Otus is the Latin name for Owl. Enigma and wisdom are typical characteristics related to this animal. We find the same characteristics in these wines which are born from a blend of international and Italian grape varieties. This wine is full-bodied and spicy, obtained from a harmonious blend of Cabernet, Merlot and Shiraz. On the palate it is soft and round, full of plum and black currant nuances.
