Cabernet Sauvignon has been added to the wine obtained mainly from the Nero grape. Both grapes have been harvested organically and manually. Malolactic fermentation has been carried out to improve the structure of the wine and some of the wine has matured in oak barrels. An intense and fruity aroma alludes to cherries, blackcurrant, toasted oak wood, licorice, and chocolate. It is tastefully strong and full, with a pleasant spicy balancing acidity. The soft, velvety oak-like tannins are intertwined with violets and plum nuances. Food pairing: grill, beef, game, mature cheeses.
