Karu means ‘seed’ for the Polynesian natives of Easter Island, the Rapa Nui.
Karu Chardonnay is a dry, fresh, well balanced and very lightly oaked Chardonnay from the Casablanca Valley in the north of Chile. Tropical fruit flavours and good length.
Food pairing: pasta, salads, vegetarian foods.
